You can help with Hurricane Sandy relief

Through Saturday, Dec. 8, UW is promoting a drive to collect the most needed items: socks, coats, blankets, toiletries, gloves, hats, and non-perishable food items. You can also donate $10 to the Red Cross, by texting REDCROSS to 90999.

Apply now for scholarship funding

The coordinated scholarship application cycle is now open for incoming and current UW-Madison students. From now until Feb. 4, 2013, many departments and campus organizations will have applications available online via Scholarships@UW-Madison.

Photos of the Year: Hit us with your best shot

We're looking for your best photos of 2012, to be featured in the Dec. 12 edition of The Weekly.
