As finals get closer, it can be harder and harder to refocus your attention. Good news! New research shows that basic breathing exercises may increase focus levels and make it easier to concentrate.

Students, faculty and staff will read a book with strong Wisconsin ties: set in Milwaukee, this nonfiction account was written by a young UW-Madison alum who has already gained major national acclaim.
